The process - a guide to planning your event

A 30-45 minute consultation to get to know you and your event and narrow down a package that we think fits your needs. 

We will send you a proposal highlighting your selected package along with pricing for your event. You sign and send it back to us so we can finalize the next step.

We know - contracts can be intimidating. We want you to know that we are completely involved in your special day and that we will be here for you no matter what. We will send you a finalized contract for your review. Sign and send it back to us and we can get to the fun stuff!

Once we receive your contract signed and initial deposit paid, we will send you our client planning & design workbook. This is a great time to sit down with your partner and detail exactly what you want in your big day. It also gives us more familiarity with your love story and your personalities, so we can tailor your event to you. 

The budget can be one of the most stressful parts of planning a wedding. We are here to ease the burden! We will send you our budget planner with a  high and low range that you can expect based on your location for each cost of the wedding. Together we will decide which parts of your budget matter most to you and what your must haves are. 

We've got this handled. With your design & budget finalized, we will get to work on contacting vendors and getting you contracts, so that you can focus on your engagement. We will be there for any questions you have. We can't wait to learn all about your love story!
